Aavescan Pro Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions:

  1. "Data" refers to any information provided by Aavescan Pro to the Purchaser.
  2. "Aavescan Pro" refers to Aavescan Pro, the company offering the Data for purchase.
  3. "Purchaser" refers to any entity purchasing the Data.

2. Grant of Rights:

2.1 Upon receipt of the agreed-upon payment, Aavescan Pro grants to the Purchaser a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and royalty-free right to use, copy, distribute, and adapt the Data for any lawful purpose.

3. Responsibilities:

  1. The Purchaser agrees to use the Data in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
  2. Aavescan Pro makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the Data.

4. Liabilities:

4.1 Aavescan Pro is not liable for any damages, losses, costs, claims, or demands of any kind, whether direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, or consequential, related to or arising from the use of the Data by the Purchaser.

5. Indemnification:

5.1 The Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aavescan Pro from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, arising from or relating to the use of the Data.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

6.1 This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Aavescan Pro is located. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Aavescan Pro is located.

7. Third-Party Data:

  1. Some or all of the Data provided by Aavescan Pro may be obtained from third parties, including but not limited to TheGraph. Aavescan Pro does not assume any liability or responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such third-party data.
  2. The Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aavescan Pro from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, arising from or relating to the use of the third-party data.

8. Monthly subscription:

Our pro subscription is $99 per month. You may cancel at any time, but please be aware that refunds are not offered. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription when you no longer need it. You can cancel by emailing rationanalytics@gmail.com or via the stripe portal which can be found in the user page in the app.

Our pro subscription includes CSV downloads via the web interface, with a fair usage policy. For API access please get in touch.
